Enter the operator setup screens (see Chapter 3.1 “Entering the Operator Setup
Screens”).
•
Enter the next available job number. Job numbers should be entered in order (i.e.
01, 02, 03 ….) as they will appear in the order you enter them. Job numbers can’t
be removed although their settings may be changed. Up to 99 jobs may be
entered.
•
Press
the
key.
Note: Enter “0”s to clear a setting for any screen.
3.3.1. Description
Enter a description for a job by scrolling though the numeric keypad to select the desired
character (see chart below) and pressing the
key.
Job descriptions may have up to 10 characters.

key to go to the next parameter.

Tractor Speed (2…15)
•
Using the numeric keypad, enter a setting for the speed of the paper entering the
CS-9018.
•
A speed of 8 is a good starting point. Increase the speed from there. Your actual
setting will be dependent on the materials and application.

key to go to the next parameter.
