Load bearing capacity
Ensure the floor has adequate load bearing capacity.

Have the load bearing capacity checked by a structural engineer.
Have the structural engineer determine in a binding manner
•
That the load bearing capacity of the floor, the cellar roof or
intermediate storey, including its substructure, is adequate (also in
older buildings).

That the building regulations are met.
Note that the centre of gravity moves due to the weight of the workpieces
and travels.
