Display panel
The display panel (fig. 6) is located on the front cover above the control buttons and shows the
following information:

The green
READY
indicator light indicates the “magnet active” status = the lifting magnet generates a magnetic
field.
■
The yellow
VARIABLE FORCE
indicator light indicates an active expansion function.
■
The yellow
TIP-OFF
indicator light indicates an active expansion function.
■
The red
DANGER
indicator light indicates an operating state that requires special caution from operating per-
sonnel.
■
The yellow
CHARGE
indicator light indicates that the supply battery for the lifting magnet is being charged.
■
The indicator lights for the battery state of charge show the battery state of charge while the lifting magnet is
active or the battery charging process (with an LED bar indicator with 10 LEDs: 10 to 4 green, 3 to 2 orange, 1
red).

The battery charge is displayed as follows:

Displayed status
All indicator lights light up green.
The battery is charged to its maximum capacity.
3 orange indicator lights light up.
The battery is charged to approx. 30 % its safe capacity.
1 red indicator light lights up.
The battery state of charge has fallen below 9 % of the safe capacity.
1 red indicator light flashes and an acous-
tic warning signal sounds at the same time.
Terminate working with the battery-powered lifting magnet as soon as
possible and recharge the power supply battery!
1 red indicator light flashes and an acous-
tic warning signal sounds at the same time.
Immediately set down the lifting magnet with the load
securely!
The battery no longer supplies the safe working voltage. This state is
written to the safety working memory of the unit.
NOTE!
If the battery state of charge is low, the battery-powered lifting magnet
cannot be reactivated after switching off until the power supply battery has
been recharged to the safe minimum capacity (min. 12.3 V).
