11. INSTALLING THE
LIGHT KIT
N O T E :
B e f o r e s t a r t i n g i n s t a l l a t i o n ,
d i s c o n n e c t t h e p o w e r b y t u r n i n g o f f
the circuit breaker or removing the fuse
at fuse box. Turning power off using the
fan switch is not sufficient to prevent
electric shock.
Step 1.
Remove the 1 of 3 screws from
t h e m o u n t i n g p l a t e a n d k e e p i t f o r
f u t u r e u s e . L o o s e n t h e o t h e r 2 s c r e w s
(Do not remove)
S t e p 2 .
R a i s e a n d h o l d t h e l i g h t k i t
c l o s e t o t h e m o u n t i n g p l a t e a n d
p r o c e e d t o d o t h e w i r e c o n n e c t i o n s .
C o n n e c t t h e w h i t e w i r e c o n n e c t o r s
f r o m t h e l i g h t k i t a n d f a n , f o l l o w t h e
s a m e p r o c e d u r e w i t h t h e b l a c k w i r e
connectors. (Fig. 16)

T u c k c o n n e c t i o n s n e a t l y i n t o

key holes over the 2 screws previously
loosened from the mounting ring, turn

narrow section of the key holes. secure
by tightening the 2 screws previously
l o o s e n e d a n d t h e o n e p r e v i o u s l y

2. Place the glass shade and glass frame
t o t h e l i g h t k i t w i t h t h e d e c o r a t i v e
cover and decorative nut provided.
DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN.
