. Unscrew wing-nut

and take off.

a. Place welding lug through arc bolt
(A)
resting on
phenolic washer.

b. Reinstall wing nut
(E)
onto welding lug and tighten.

a. Place welding lug through arc bolt (A) resting on top
nut.

b. Reinstall wing nut

onto welding lug and tighten.
