Your recorder does get power from the phone line to keep it running. However, before you
start using it, you should charge it fully using the included USB cable and your PC.
USB Port
Plug the small end of the USB cable into the
recorder.
Plug the other end into a USB port on your PC
or a Hub.
Your PC or Hub acts as a charger only. Your
computer will not “talk” to your recorder. This
is normal.
CHARGING
While charging, the status light near the USB port will be Red.
It may take several hours to fully charge your recorder the first time. Please wait until it is
completely charged and the status light is green before moving to the next step.
The status light is red.
The device is charging.
This recorder is fully
charged.
