DIAL VOICE MAIL
If you have subscribed to the Voice Mail and Message Waiting Indicator services,
you can access your voice mail system by pressing [DIAL V.M.].
Press [OK] to call the pre-programmed Voice Mail
access number. 688-3111 is the pre-programmed
access number. It will be necessary to change the
pre-programmed number by entering your access
number which may be your telephone number.
To change the access number, press [EDIT] and then
enter your access number. Press [SAVE] to confirm
setting.
Tip:
You can access your message by pressing only a single button [DIAL V.M.].
Here’s how:
1. First, press [DIAL V.M.] softkey, then press [EDIT] to enter your access number.
2. Enter first your 7-digit access number; depress the [Redial] key twice to add two
pauses.
3. Press the [*] to enter your mailbox, then another [Redial] pause.
4. Enter your 4-digit password, then another [Redial] pause.
5. Press [1] to access your messages.
6. Press [SAVE] to confirm setting.
Important Note:
1. Beware anyone could view your voice mail password by pressing your [DIAL
V.M.] key.
2. Voice mail systems operate differently and some require additional pauses to be
entered.

descriptions.
DAILING FROM PHONE BOOK DIRECTORY
In standby mode, press [DIR.] and then using [_] or [_] scroll through the memory
contents in alphabetical order to the name and number you want. Press [OK] to call
the number.
Tip:
To quickly find a name and phone number, press [DIR.] in standby mode.
Key in the first letter of the name, and scroll to the name you want.
