INSTRUCTION MANUAL
•
If the fork (4) lowers when handle is moved
and release is in centre position, turn
adjustment nut anticlockwise.
•
If the fork cannot be lowered when release is
in lowering position, turn adjustment nut
clockwise.
•
If the fork cannot be elevated when release is
in elevation position, turn adjustment nut
anticlockwise.
USE
•
Position the lift under object to be lifted.
Check load is over middle of fork.
•
Set release in lower position. Fork will elevate
when handle is raised and lowered.
•
Set release in centre position, and push/pull
lift.
Move lift carefully when loaded.
•
Control direction with casters (5). Do not
make any sudden turns.
•
Stop when load is to be lowered and set
release in upper position. Lower fork.
•
Fork height must not exceed 20 cm from
ground when unloading.
Cleaning and maintenance
•
If lift has not be used for some time, the
hydraulic system may need bleeding to remove
air. Bleed procedure is as follows:
•
Set release in upper position. Pump handle
slowly.
•
Lubricate all moving parts and check all
wheels and axles can move freely and are not
clogged by dirt or accumulated material.
