Scan and Calibration Commands

Calibration
DESCRIPTION
Starts a calibration for the MPS4264.
SYNTAX
CAL [<F or FM>]
Where:
*F - Initiates a single temperature calibration, with no oven connection. Connects to the cali-
brator.
*FM- Initiates a manual single unit single temperature calibration with no oven connection.
Does not connect to the calibrator
When no parameter is present, the unit performs a self calibration based on the calibration
group settings.

Multiple Unit Calibration
DESCRIPTION
When the master receives the MCAL command it starts the multiple device calibration sequence
described in the section on multiple device calibration and validation.
SYNTAX
MCAL [<F or FM>]
Where:
*F- Initiates a multiple unit single temperature calibration with no oven connection. Connects
to the calibrator.
*FM- Initiates a manual multiple unit single temperature calibration with no oven connection.
Does not connect to the calibrator
When no parameter is present, the unit performs an automated validation based on the cali-
bration group settings

DESCRIPTION
Starts a calibration followed by a validation and places the MPS4264 into CAL mode followed by
VAL mode.
