Covered suspending brackets - suspension height > 1.5 m

The uncovered threaded rods must be dimensioned such that
the calculated tension of 6 N/mm² is not exceeded (this ap-
plies to a max. length of 1.5 m). The max. extension when ex-
posed to temperature according to ETK (approx. 1000 °C) for
90 min. with regard to threaded rods with a length of 1.5 m is
40 mm. Due to larger extension, suspensions with a length of
more than
1.5 m must be covered to provide safe fire protection.
