Connecting to a TV set

Basic connect ion

It is re comm ended to co nnect a multi-syste m TV.
Disco nnect the AC adap tor before co mmen cing c onnec tion.
Do no t bloc k venti lation holes of equipment and a rrange them so tha t air ca n circ ulate f reely.
Read through the instructions before conne cting other e quipm ent.
Ensu re that you observe the co lor co ding w hen co nnect ing au dio an d video cable s.

Durin g DVD play, the TV volum e may be at a lowe r level than d uring TV bro adcas ts, etc .

If this is the case, adjust the vo lume t o the d esired level.

If the DVD/V CD/C D play er is c onnec ted to the TV throug h a vi deo ca ssette recorder,
the picture may no t be p layed b ack n ormall y with some DVDs. If this is the case,
do no t conn ect the playe r via the VCR .

NOTE:

It is used to chan ge the password, and the proce dure of chan ging password

is described as followings:

Press OK button on the screen to return to the Password Setup Page, then the

Password has been ch anged.

The original pa ssword is 136900, you can cha nge it, but you sho uld write it

dow n and keep it safe. If you forget the password, please use the origina l password:136900.

Enter old pa ssword in the OLD PASSWORD row

Enter new passwo rd in the NEW PASSWORD row
Enter the new pass word again in the C ONFIRM PWD row

This setting allo ws cer tain people t o view certai n disc s, whic h may be

es pecia lly useful to forbid c hildren from viewing som e unbefitting discs . When you
