1. Lock the spray gun trigger (3) (Fig. 10).
2. Turn the prime/spray lever (19) to "prime" position
(Fig. 12).

Turn off the machine by pressing "0" on the On/
OFF switch (14) (Fig. 13).
4. Turn pressure control dial (9) to the "prime/clean"
position (Fig. 14).
5. Unlock the spray gun trigger (3) (Fig. 11).
6.
Briefly pull the spray gun trigger (3) to fully relieve
pressure from the system (Fig 15).
7. Lock the spray gun trigger (3) (Fig. 10).
10.3 Priming the pump (Fig. 16)
1. Separate the suction hose (11) from the return
hose (10).
2. Place the suction hose (11) inside the paint con-
tainer.
3. Place the return tube (10) inside a clean waste
container.
4. Set the prime/spray lever (19) to "prime" (Fig. 12).
5. Turn the pressure control dial (9) to the "prime/
clean" setting. Ensure the pressure control dial (9)
aligns with the mark on top of the machine (Fig.
14).
6. Turn on the machine by pressing "I" on the ON/
OFF switch (14) (Fig. 13).
7. Allow pump to run for approx 60 seconds until you
see a steady stream of paint coming out of the
return hose into the waste container.
8. Set the prime/spray lever (19) to "spray" position
(Fig. 17).
9.
Wait for the Air Sprayer to shut off automatically
after a few moments. If the Airless Paint Sprayer
does not shut off automatically, repeat step 4 to 8.
10. Place the return hose (10) back into the container
of paint and clip the return hose (10) and suction
hose (11) together, using the attached clips (Fig.
18).
Recommendation: It is good to practice to perform
the steps on this page using water to familiarize your-
self with the function of the Airless Paint Sprayer as
well as to ensure the unit is set up properly.
11. Operation

CAUTION!
Ensure the Air Sprayer has been prop-
erly primed before commencing spraying operations.
11.1 Spraying procedure
1. Make sure that the spray tip (5) is rotated forward
to the spray position with the peek side forward
(Fig. 19).
2. Perform "Pressure relief procedure" (refer to
10.2).
3.
Turn on the machine by pressing "I" on the On/Off
switch (14) (Fig.13).
4. Unlock the trigger locking lever (23) (Fig. 11).

Insert the Mesh filter handle (26) into the Spray
gun handle (7) and align the Spray gun handle
with the upper part of the Spray gun (Fig. 5).
2. While holding the upper section of the Spray gun
(6), tighten the Spray gun handle with an open
ended spanner 21mm (not included) (Fig. 6).
3. Trigger guard (2) is fastened with the spray hose
inlet port (25) at the lower end of the spray gun
handle (7) by using an open ended spanner
19mm. At the upper end, the trigger guard is hung
in the trigger guard holder (24) (Fig. 6).
4. Ensure that the small spacer bolt (27) and the
sealing (28) are inserted in the nozzle guard (4)
(Fig. 7).
5. Put the spray tip (5) into the nozzle guard (4) and
attach to the spray gun (6). Make sure that the
spray tip (5) is rotated forward to the spray posi-
tion with the peek side forward. Tighten the retain-
ing nut (29) using an open ended spanner 26mm
(not included) (Fig. 8+9).

ATTENTION!
Do not spray without the spray tip (5)
and nozzle guard (4) mounted.
Do not press the trigger (3) unless the spray tip (5) is
correctly in the spray position. Always lock the trigger
(3) before removing, replacing or cleaning the spray
tip (5).
10. Before starting the equipment
Before you connect the equipment to the mains sup-
ply make sure that the data on the rating plate are
identical to the mains data.

ATTENTION!
Always ensure the machine is
switched off and disconnected from the power supply
before making adjustments to the equipment.
• All covers and safety devices have to be properly
fitted before the equipment is switched on.
10.1 Locking the spray gun trigger

ATTENTION!
The spray gun trigger (3) should be
locked prior to preparing the sprayer to ensure the
trigger (3) is not accidentally pressed. Lock the spay
gun trigger (3) whenever instructed.
1. To lock the trigger (3), rotate the trigger locking
(23) lever to the back (Fig. 10).
2. To unlock the trigger (3), rotate the trigger locking
lever (23) down (Fig. 11).
10.2 Pressure relief procedure

ATTENTION!
Always follow the pressure relief
procedure when shutting the machine off or any pur
-
pose. This procedure is used to relieve pressure from
the spray hose (1).

CAUTION!
Failure to do so may result in serious
injury.

WARNING!
Never aim the spray gun (6) at any
part of the body. Perform the pressure relief proce-
dure whenever instructed.
