The input voltage is below the minimum threshold
voltage; motor operation is not given. May appear in
the history, if the actuator was turned off, in which
case no #29: Voltage OK entry will be registered.
#59: Undervoltage Switch.Off
Alarm
The input voltage line caused the actuator to turn off
6 times, indicating an unstable power supply.
#60: Overvoltage Warning
Warning
The input voltage is over the regular supply voltage
range. Motor operation is possible.
