Always ensure compressed air hose and grounding line is coiled when attached (
at least 800 mm).
The compressed air hose and grounding line must hang freely. They may not rest on, rub against, or
catch on anything else.
1. Insert rotary connection device into crane jib (2) using carrier unit (11).
2. Attach end buffer (6) to end of crane jib.
Never carry out work without using end buffer. This can result in lifting unit falling off.
3. Connect compressed air hose (2) to pressurised connection point of ejector (1) and secure
this using hose clamp.
4. Connect grounding line at the designated places.

5.2.1 Shortening the lift tube

Ensure that the tube lifter cannot grip the supporting surface when in its lowest
position.
Minimum clearance: 10 cm Shorten the lift tube if necessary.
