6.7 Guiding the load

Do not release the operator handle during handling.
Maintain a safe distance.
Stay behind the tube lifter in the direction of travel.
Never transport loads above people.
Slow down horizontal travel before reaching the crane runway end stops.
Please note:
1. Do not operate unless you have a clear view of the whole working area.
2. Loads should always be transported as close to the floor as possible.
3. Adapt the transport speed according to conditions.
4. Avoid jerking the unit during operation.
6.8 Setting down the load

Before releasing the load, ensure that it cannot slip or tilt.

Always operate the operator handle slowly.
1.
Position the load over the depositing location.
2.
For devices with a rotation unit (optional): Hold the operator handle firmly with one hand. Use the
other hand to rotate the load in the desired direction.
The rotation unit is continuously rotatable.
3.
Slowly press the operator handle downward.
The lift tube relaxes. The suction cup is lowered with the load.
4.
Lower the load to the desired location.
5.
To set down the load, press the operator handle downward as far as it will go.
6.
Slightly tilt the operator handle and release it from the load.
7.
Slowly pull the operator handle upward.
The lift tube raises the suction cup.
