Elevator positioning system USP 30 / 100
Initialisation drive with the USP 100 system
Initialisation drive with the USP 100 is necessary in order to determine the levelling values at the individual
floors. The levelling values determined in this way are transferred to the elevator control unit.
The teach-in drive is carried out according to the flowchart below.
The initialisation drive has to be started either in the shaft head or in the shaft pit.
Remove bridge between
pin 9 and pin 10 of
the receiver cable
Wait 3 seconds
Carry out the initialisation drive in the ”inspection travel” mode.
Initialisation drive is finished, when all correction sensor points
(actuating magnets) have been passed four times. The initialisation
drive ends once a sensor point has been passed for the fifth time.
At operation with SSI Interface remove bridge between pin 9
and 10 again. At asynchronous mode bridge pin 9 and 10 again.
At operation with USP-PI plug in jumper.
Switch USP 100 off and on
again.
