Maintenance and repair
10.1 Maintenance
Note
Observe all safety instructions
Warning!
Maintenance work is only allowed to
be carried out by qualified and
instructed personnel.
Pneumatic motor and gear unit
Every 3 months, but at least 4 times a year, clean completely and replace worn and/or defective parts.
Oil mist lubricator
Check at regular intervals, min. 2x per month, remove the condensation and top up with special oil.
Special oil for maintenance system
EFA special oil: 0.5 l (part. no. 001365611)
EFA special oil: 5.0 l (part. no. 001365612)
Special oil for vacuum pump
Vacuum pump oil: 5.0 l (part. no. 001365636)
10.2 Repair by customer service

Disconnect the bung dropper
from the compressed air
network prior to performing
any repair work.
Warning!
Only use genuine EFA spare
parts.
The
EFA Service department of Schmid & Wezel GmbH
is at your disposal for repairs.
If your equipment needs to be repaired, please contact the nearest authorised service centre or our head
office.
Upon request, spare parts lists can be provided to any authorised
service centre.
In the event of malfunctions that cannot be clearly localised, the
device should be returned to
S&W
for repair.

Return your waste electrical
equipment to our head office.
