Handling
6.1
Switch operation
Warning!
Injury hazard!
Only switch on the bung
dropper when you are holding
both handles securely and the
blade is firmly seated.
Important!
The bung dropper must not be used
before the operator has read these
operating instructions and the device
has been connected correctly!
Important!
Wear tight-fitting clothes!
Caution!
Tripping hazard!
We recommend that the lines are
led away upwards.
Lines that run along the floor can
be a tripping hazard for the worker!
The bung dropper is equipped with a valve lever (1) for switching on and off,
see Fig. 6.1
.
Switching on
Hold the device securely by both handles (2) and (3).
Press the operating lever (1) "ON".
Switching off
Release the operating lever (1) "OFF".
The machine can be switched on and off at any time.
6.2
Working with the bung dropper
Danger!
Never point the device at people!
Danger!
Never reach into the rotating
blade. You could cut off limbs!
Warning!
Wear eye protection or protective
goggles when working!
Hearing protection is recommended for
continuous operation!
Also wear protective gloves during your
work!
6.2.1
Preparation
Before starting work, it is necessary to check whether:
the operating data of the compressed air supply and the device match,
the bung dropper is in working order,
the blade turns,
the switches and valves are working,
the vacuum system is switched on and there is sufficient pressure at the bung dropper,
the general safety instructions are observed,
see section 2.1

Operation

Insert the cutter with the guide pin (3) into the intestine of the animal.
