The statutory regulations apply.
Caveat emptor
The warranty excludes damages that are caused by incorrect use (e. g. overheating),
discolouration or scratches, damages caused by knocks, bumps or falls and incorrect cleaning.
Also excluded are purely optical traces of use, e. g. aluzink on aluminium due to dishwasher
cleaning, discolouration, for example due to grease, pitting corrosion due to salts. Damage resul-
ting from non-compliance with the instructions for use and care, as well as incorrect or negligent
handling (lack of cleaning) shall also result in the exclusion of warranty.
Excluded from the warranty are seals, as these wear parts are subject to natural ageing.
