Check whether you can correct the fault
yourself before you call customer service

If advice is required, costs may be incurred
if a service technician is required, even
during the guarantee period.
The guarantee does not cover faults caused
by improper use and by blocked filtres or
foreign bodies.
If you cannot repair a malfunction yourself,
disconnect the power supply (switch of the
main switch / fuse at installation site) and
call customer service.

Warranty subscription
After the normal warranty period of 2 years
has expired, it is possible to extend the
warranty by means of a warranty subscription.
We are happy to send you the requested
documents.
