TABLE 1 – TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
FIGURE 1 - INSTALLATION SETUP GUIDE
The operator/employer shall be responsible for preventive maintenance assurance based on the requirements
described below:
• Implement a daily standard operating procedure for tool models that require lubrication using (SAE 10) oil
following the recommended amount in this user guide
• Verify periodically the condition of accessories (grinding wheel, cover protection, etc.);
• In grinders, periodically grease the the bevel pinion and bevel gear with molybdenum disulfi de grease;
• Periodically check moving parts in tools;
• Periodically check the air network tubing and hoses for any possible leaks, condensations, and any other
harmful substances that could damage tools;
• Periodically check if the pressure throttle is set at 90 psig (6.3 bars).
• Pressure throttle valves must be used in order to limit air pressure so that the maximum pressure shall be
90 psi or 6.3 bars to comply with the technical specifi cations of this user guide.
• Hoses and air tubing must be depressurized before removal or uncoupling, unless there is an automatic clo-
sure valve mechanism whenever uncoupling occurs. Synthetic lubricants may cause degrading of elastomeric
seals. These lubricants cannot be used on pneumatic tool air systems for pneumatic tools.

• Adjust the pressure rating of the air governor valve to a maximum of 90 PSIG;
• Set the lubricator to insert 2-3 drops of oil per minute (SAE 10);
• After fi nishing the job, disconnect the air hose and put the tool away in a safe and appropriate place to avoid any personal injury and/
or damage to the tool;
