6.3 Joining parts
When joining parts, the product compensates for errors in the
alignment between the robot and workpiece.
Example: Pins must be joined with beveled holes.

The robot has gripped the pin and moves into a joining
position over the workpiece.

The robot lowers the pin. The flexibility of the product
allows the pin to be centered in the beveled hole.
