7 Troubleshooting
Only suitably knowledgeable, qualified professional technicians may perform repairs on the machine!
Malfunction

Rectification
The machine will not start. The voltage supply has not been
properly connected.
Connect the connecting cable
(extension cable) with a proper power
socket.
The connecting cable is defective.
Replace the connecting cable.
Faulty power supply.
Use a different power socket if ne
cessary.
The safety switch is defective.
Replace the safety switch.
The polishing pattern is
uneven.
Polishing disk is loose.
Attach polishing disk firmly.
Polishing disk is damaged or worn.
Replace polishing disk.
Insufficient dust extraction The dust bag is full.
