8. Reflector Assembly to Burner:

7. The type of hardware needed to secure the heater to the
deck or patio is site determined - heater mounting hardware
is field supplied.
The heater can be secured to the deck or patio by one of two
methods:
1) Using lag screws or bolts through the four holes in the
heater base
2) Attach mounting brackets to side of base - bolt or lag to
patio or deck
NOTE: Concealed gas connections: once secured in place, the
hardware will need to be loosened/removed to allow leak testing
access to connections under the heater.
Ensure mounting hardware is of sufficient strength and integrity
to support the heater in windy, and other conditions that may be
encountered.
Stainless steel hardware that does not rust is recommended.
Check that the post and the burner assembly stand vertically plumb.
Make sure all bolts and nuts are tightened.
Ensure all gas connection is sound and the installation conforms to local and national codes.
Perform leak testing of all gas connections (see page 12)
Ensure electrical supply and connection to local and national codes.
Setup is now complete.
Install a washer onto threaded portion of wing
bolts
Align holes in reflector to those in the brackets
at top of burner
Secure reflector to burner with wing bolts.
