7.   BURNER  AND TUBE INSTALLATION

With all hangers suspended at the same
height, insert first aluminized tube section
through 4" hole in first end-plate hanger and
onto wire hanger. Or for a 10ft heater ,
through the hole in the second end plate
hanger. End-plate hanger should butt against
the sight glass on the bottom of the tube. SEE
FIG: 4 (page 6).  Bolt burner to flange on first
tube section. SEE FIGURE 9 (page 8). Sub-
sequent lengths of tube can then be installed,
joining them together one inside the other and
locking the joints using the aluminized  steel
coupler c/w 2 bolts. SEE  FIG:10  (page 8).

Slacken the bolts and slip the clamp over the
end of the tube to be joined, making sure the
Swaged end of the tube is fully inserted into
the plain end of the tube before re-positioning
the clamp. The clamp should then be centred
across the joint before tightening up.
If a turbulator is necessary it will be factory
installed into the tube (s). The tube (s) will be
marked stating where it must be installed in
the system,  SEE TABLE  4  (page 8)  for the
models which require turbulators.

Turbulators are ALWAYS installed at the
vent end of the heater.
