To use this element in a directional mode, if polarizing current (Ip) is available, set the
torque control equation to 51GTC = 32GF (for forward direction) or 51GTC = 32GR
(reverse direction) and set the ORDER = I.

To use this element in a nondirectional mode set the ORDER = OFF.
