typical symptoms, causes and items to check before consulting the customer services
department.

Checking LED Indicators
The XDQA24 Housing contains three multi-color LED indicators on the front panel.
MAIN PS LED indicator
BACKUP PS LED indicator
ALARM LED indicator
Symptom Possible
Causes
Solutions
MAIN PS LED indicator is
off
No MAIN PSU installed
Install a MAIN PSU.
MAIN PSU connection is
loose.
Check that the main power
connection is secure.
Loss of source power (main
PSU)
Check that AC or DC power
is present at the power
source outlet.
MAIN PS LED indicator
illuminates red
PSU failure
Replace the MAIN PSU.
MAIN PS LED indicator
illuminates green
MAIN PSU is active.
OK
BACKUP PS LED indicator
is off
No BACKUP PSU installed
Install a BACKUP PSU.
BACKUP PSU connection is
loose.
Check that the backup power
connection is secure.
Loss of source power
(BACKUP PSU)
Check that AC or DC power
is present at the power
source outlet.
BACKUP PS LED indicator
illuminates red
PSU failure
Replace the BACKUP PSU.
