4. Install each base mounting bolt up through the hand rail mounting base,
the extrusion, followed by a base lock washer, and then install base
mounting nut. Do not tighten.
5. Verify hand rail coupling is centered between the upright handle bar and
the handle bar and the tapered lip on the hand rail coupling is pointed
down. Tighten the coupler pinch bolts, using a ¼” Allen wrench.
6. Tighten the base mounting bolts and nuts, using a ½” wrench and socket.
7. Repeat procedure for the other side.
