10. If Status indicates “no call”, even when dialing up a connection, check
the ISDN of the SATCOM Computer system.
11. If the Status changes to “data” when placing a call, but the call does not
connect, check the INMARSAT registration:
a. Reset the INMARSAT transceiver by pressing the “Test” button
on front of the transceiver.
b. Use the EMSHSD software to verify successful registration
(some retries might occur)
c. If registration is not successful, check the antenna subsystem,
especially in TX direction.
d. If registration is successful, the INMARSAT account could be
blocked. Contact the service provider.
