Aft Bilge
Manually activates the aft bilge pump located in the stern bilge
near the transom. The pump moves water out through a thru-
hull fitting in the hull. The pump is also activated by an auto-
matic float switch that is activated whenever the batteries are
connected. This pump will run as needed whenever the water
in the bilge accumulates high enough to raise the float switch
to the “ON” position and turn off when the water is removed.
Fwd Bilge
Manually activates the forward bilge pump located in the
forward bilge below the cabin sole. The pump moves water
out through a thru-hull fitting in the hull. The pump is also
activated by an automatic float switch that is activated when-
ever the batteries are connected. This pump will run as needed
whenever the water in the bilge accumulates high enough to
raise the float switch to the “ON” position and turn off when
the water is removed.
Note: The bilge pumps will start automatically when
there is sufficient water in the bilge to activate the
float switch. Each float switch is protected by a
circuit breaker located near the battery switches
and is always supplied current when the batteries
are connected.
Washdown Pump
Activates the raw water washdown pump. The pump is the
pressure demand type. The pressure switch automatically
controls the water pump when the system is activated and
properly primed.
Aerator
Activates the livewell circulating pump that supplies water to
the livewell.
Holding Tank Discharge
A key activated switch that controls the overboard macerator
discharge system for the holding tank and marine head. Insert
the key and turn the switch to on to activate the overboard
discharge pump. Turn the key to off and remove the key when
pumping is complete.
Note: Coast Guard regulations require that the key be
removed from the holding tank discharge switch
whenever the boat is operating in areas where over-
board discharge of the holding tank is illegal.
12-Volt Receptacle
Provides electrical current for portable 12-volt equipment.
Nav Lights
Activates the running lights. Push the switch in to activate the
navigation lights. Push it again to turn them off.
Anchor Lights
Activates the anchor light. Push the switch in to activate the
anchor lights. Push it again to turn them off.
Accessory Switch
This switch is supplied to protect additional equipment that
may have been installed by Scout or your Scout dealer. If no
accessories are activated by this switch, it remains wired in
the panel in reserve.
Electronics Master
Activates the circuit that energizes the electronics (if installed)
in the hard top. Push the switch in to activate the electronics.
Push it again to turn them off.
Wipers
Activates the optional starboard windshield wiper. Push the
switch in to activate the wiper. Push it again to turn it off.
Livewell Light
Activates the light in the livewell.
Courtesy Lights
Activates the lights that illuminate the cockpit. Push the
switch in to activate the cockpit lights. Push it again to turn
them off.
Storage Lights
Activates the lights that illuminate the center storage compart-
ment in the cockpit. Push the switch in to activate the lights.
Push it again to turn them off.
Bilge Light
Activates the light inside the bilge. Push the switch in to acti-
vate the light. Push it again to turn it off.
Cooler Light
Activates the cooler/fishbox light. Push the switch in to activate
the light. Push it again to turn it off.
Interior Light
Activates the flush mount lighting in the cabin. Push the switch
in to activate these lights. Push it again to turn them off.

Additional DC Switches
Trim Tab Switch
Located in the helm. This switch controls the trim tab planes
located on the transom of the boat. It is protected by a main
circuit breaker located in the battery switch panel. Please refer
to the Helm Control Systems chapter for detailed information
on the operation of the trim tab controls.
