Composite framework with concealed under seat. Suitable for use in Bodyshop and Detailing environments as well as general garage use.
Easy-rolling Ø100mm rubber castors with ball-bearing swivel. Supplied with six interchangeable cup/bottle holders and storage trays for
tools and components.

5. ASSEMBLY
5.1.
Fix Castor Wheel Supports (item 7) to Frame (item 5)
using fixings (items 6 and 8).
5.2.
Fit Castors (item 12) to Castor Wheel Supports (item7) using nuts and washers (items 10 and 11).
5.3.
Locate remaining items into body as shown in fig.1.
6. MAINTENANCE
6.1.
Before each use, inspect the overall condition of the unit for broken, cracked or bent parts that may affect the proper operation.
6.2.
Regularly check the tightness of all fixings before use.
6.3.
Smear the castor bearings with a thin film of silicone grease quarterly.
6.4.
Ensure the castor wheels are able to rotate and swivel freely. Replace if necessary.
6.5.
Clean the seat cushion, trays and frames with a moist cloth and mild detergent.
DO NOT
use solvents to clean the unit.
