3. preparation

3.1.    

check before use that all parts are undamaged and are working correctly.

3.2.    

unscrew the pump from the tank.

3.3.    

fill the canister up to the “max” level.

3.4.    

screw the pump head on and tighten it so that the canister is sealed and airtight (if it is not airtight it will be impossible for pressure to 

build up).

4. operation

4.1. 

Pump the air into the tank (20 to 30 movements) using the piston.

important! 

It is not possible to generate more pressure in the tank than specified. The sprayers are fitted with an automatic relief

valve.

4.2.    

to spray pull the red safety catch back and press down the spray button. turn the spray nut on the end of the nozzle, to set the desired

spray pattern from mist to jet.

4.3.    

if liquid continues to drip out of the nozzle after releasing the spray button, there is still air in the sprayer. spray upwards at an incline

for 2 to 3 seconds to enable the air to escape.

4.4.    

the ability to spray evenly and without any problems is dependent on the use of a clean spray agent.

4.5. 

Mix chemical and water (if required) thoroughly prior to filling the container, taking note of the usage instructions of the chemical

manufacturer.

4.6. 

after use

4.6.1.   

After spraying unscrew the spray head slowly to allow the pressure to escape. never leave the tank pressurised for long periods of

time. dispose of any residues in accordance with local authority regulations.

4.6.2.   

clean the pump by spraying with water or use a suitable cleaning agent. 

5. maintenanCe

5.1.    

oil the pump piston occasionally (see arrow on spray button).

5.2. 

Check that the nozzle and the filter at the end of the pick up hose is free of deposits and clean if necessary.

5.3. 

A kit of new seals for the sprayer is available from your sealey dealer quote part no. scsGPrK.

recycle unwanted materials instead of disposing of them as waste. all tools, accessories and packaging should be 

sorted, taken to a recycling centre and disposed of in a manner which is compatible with the environment.

when the product becomes completely unserviceable and requires disposal, drain off any fluids (if applicable)

into approved containers and dispose of the product and the fluids according to local regulations.
