STEP 1  

Remove all parts from the carton. (See Fig. 1) 
 

STEP 2  

Install the Left and Right Uprights (4L & 4R) into the Base Frame (1).  
Secure the front of the base frame using two 3/8” x 3/4” Button Head 
Socket Bolts (82) and two 3/8” x 23 Curve Washers (112).  Secure the 
right upright (4R) using two 3/8” x 2-1/4” Hex Head Bolts (79), two 
3/8”x19 Flat Washers (109) and two 3/8” x 7T Nylon Nuts (103) using 
the 13 x 14 m/m N Wrench (124) and the M6 Allen Wrench (123).  
Repeat for left upright (4L).  (See Fig. 2 & 3) 
 

STEP 3 

Connect the Handpulse Wire (133) from the handgrip tubes to the 
Extension Handpulse Wire (132) of the Left and Right Uprights  
(4L & 4R).  (See Fig. 4) 
 

STEP 4 

Install the Handgrip Tubes (7) into the Left and Right Uprights (4L & 
4R).  Secure using four 5/16” x 1/2” Button Head Socket Bolts (83) 
using the Combination M5 Allen Wrench & Screwdriver (122).  
(See Fig. 5) 
 

STEP 5 

Connect the Upper Computer Cable (64) to the Extension Computer 
cable (65). 
Connect the Upper Handpulse Wire (131) to the Extension Handpulse 
Wire (132) from Left and Right Uprights (4L & 4R).  (See Fig. 6) 
 

STEP 6 

Slide the Left and Right Uprights (4L & 4R) into the Console Assembly 
(28).  Secure using four 5/16” x 1/2” Button Head Socket Bolts (83) 
using the Combination M5 Allen Wrench & Screwdriver (122).

STEP 7 

Install the Book Rack (142) into the Console Assembly (28).  Secure 
using three

22 x 1T Flat Washers (134) and three 4 x 16m/m Self 

Tapping Screws (135) using the Combination M5 Allen Wrench & 
Screwdriver (122). (See Fig. 8) 
 

STEP 8 

Slide the small tab of the right and left Incline Covers (136 / 137) into 
the holes at the bottom of the right and left Uprights (4L & 4R). Secure 
the incline covers (136/137) onto the Base Frame (1) using two 1/4” x 3” 
1/4"x 3" Socket Head Cap Bolts (138) and two 1/4”x 13 x 1T Flat 
Washers (139) using the Combination M5 Allen Wrench & Screwdriver 
(122). (See Fig. 9 & 10) 

ENSURE THAT ALL NUTS AND BOLTS ARE FIRMLY 
TIGHTENED.
