Mounting of the Transducers with Transducer Shoe and Ball Chains
• Insert the transducer into the transducer shoe. Turn the screw on the upper side of the transducer shoe by 90° in order to
engage and lock its extremity in the groove on top of the inserted transducer.
• Place the transducer shoe to the pipe at the measuring point. Insert the last ball of the chain into the slot on the upper
side of the transducer shoe.
• Place the chain around the pipe.
• Tighten the chain and insert it into the other slot of the transducer shoe. Proceed in the same way with the second trans-
ducer.

Extension of the ball chain
To extend the chain, insert the last ball of the extension into the fastening clip of the ball chain. The spare fastening clips
supplied with the chain can be used to repair a broken chain.
