5.4.1
Preset Bank 1 – Compatibility Mode
This bank contains a Compatibility Mode. The presets are acoustically compatible with G3 dp sys-
tems that are
not
fitted with the
DPLM
-DSP controller.
Flat:
Preset for single application or in combination with a subwoofer (e.g.
G Sub dp and G Sub).
-Low:
Preset with a level reduction of the low-mid range.
(e.g. for 2 G3 systems as one line source)
--Low:
Preset with more level reduction of the low-mid range.
(e.g. for 3 G3 systems or more as one line source)
Soft Mode:
Additional reduction at around 2.5 kHz. The Soft Mode operates in-
dependently of which of the three presets is selected. If this mode is
switched on, the G3 dp is operating in Soft Mode.

Preset Bank 2 – Default Settings
This bank contains the recommended settings for G3 dp systems fitted with the
DPLM
-DSP-
controller.
Flat:
Preset for single application or in combination with a subwoofer (e.g.
G Sub dp and G Sub).
-Low:
Preset with a level reduction of the low-mid range.
(e.g. for 2 G3 systems as one line source)
--Low:
Preset with more level reduction of the low-mid range.
(e.g. for 3 G3 systems or more as one line source)
Soft Mode:
