Recording a Process Curve
High quality re
fl
ow soldering which is gentle to the material is
only pos si ble, if you measure the temperature which is ef fec ting
on the PCB. The real temperature curve of a PCB is de
fi
ned by
the heating capacity, the heating conduction, and the ab sorp -
ti ons cha rac te ri stic of the PCBs material and their components.
For
fi
nding optimal temperature pro
fi
les and for documentation
and quality assurance, the Re
fl
ow System offers you the pos-
si bi li ty of recording process curves. The process curves can be
printed out with a serial printer.
As standard the Re
fl
ow System is equipped with thermo couple
socket on the feeding side of the system.
