This commences on the date of purchase. Free after-sales service may be
claimed only upon presentation of the original receipt or the original invoice.

improper handling
damage by a third party
damage due to force majeure
interference by non-authorised persons
wear and tear
transport damage
These Conditions of Guarantee are limited to the country where you purchased
the set. Outside of the country of purchase please contact the sales outlet where
you acquired this set or follow the country-specific instructions.

Therefore we recommend that you keep the receipt or the invoice in a safe place.
This also applies to the original packaging, to enable safe transportation to a
service centre. The guarantee period will not be extended as a result of free after-
sales service work. A brief description of your complaint would be very helpful in
quickly repairing and returning the set. Exchanged components will remain at the
service centre. Free after-sales service work during the guarantee period
