Semi-Annual Inspection Log
To be performed every six months (± two weeks) from tank's wet date. Inspect the following:
•
Zipper (for serviceability, tightness, cracks and other evidence of failure)
•
Space between the inner and outer tanks (within reasonable reach, for signs of fuel leak-
age, fabric deterioration, distortion, discoloration, hardening, wearing, cuts, scratches,
cracks and other evidence of failure).
