• Do not leave the toaster unattended when the power is turned on.
• Ensure the toaster is switched off before removing it from the base.
  Do not move the appliance while it is switched on.
• Always unplug the toaster from the outlet when it is not in use. To disconnect, 
  turn off the power at the outlet, then remove the plug from the wall. Grip the 
  plug when disconnecting, do not pull the cord.
• 

CAUTION:

 Unplug the toaster and allow it to cool before cleaning and 

  maintenance. To prevent damage to the appliance, do not use abrasive or 
  alkaline cleaning agents when cleaning. Use a soft cloth and a mild detergent.
