LED doesn't light up
The battery charger doesn't connect
to the power supply.
Certainly connect the battery
charger to the AC adapter and the
AC cable to receive the power.
The AC adapter is failed or AC
cable is broken.
Replace the AC adapter or AC
cable with a new one.
The battery charger is failed.
Replace the battery charger with a
new one.
LED displays other than
green lighting without the
battery pack
The battery charger is failed.
Replace the battery charger with a
new one.
LED displays charging
temperature error
The battery pack temperature is out
of the operating temperature range
(charging).
Charging automatically resumes
when the battery pack temperature
is within the operating temperature
range (charging).
Wait for a while in the place where
the ambient temperature is 32°F to
104°F (0°C to 40°C).
LED displays battery
installation error
The battery pack is installed in the
wrong direction.
Install the battery pack again.
Contact failure of a terminal of the
battery pack
Remove the battery pack from the
battery charger, clean the terminal,
and install it again.
The battery pack is failed.
Replace the battery pack with a new
one.
LED displays battery error
The battery pack is failed.
Replace the battery pack with a new
one.
LED displays hardware error The battery charger or AC adapter
is failed.
Replace the battery charger or AC
adapter with a new one.
