Posizionatore angolare APX 700 - Manuale d'uso - 49
Using this option you can to copy the program of an output to another output of the same mode: this
may be useful, for example, if two output programs are little different (copy the output then make the
right modifications).
By pressing
FN + 6
APX 700 asks for the number of source output, destination output and if the
copy is complete (all modes) or partial (a specified mode): press
ENTER
(
↵
) to select all modes or
ESC
to select a single mode.
If you have selected a single mode, you have to enter the mode to copy.
In both cases, APX 700 asks for a confirm: press
ENTER
(
↵
) to confirm copy or
ESC
to abort
operation.
Note. While entering values, press
ESC
at any time to abort the operation,
ENTER
(
↵
) to end value
or
←
to delete the last digit entered.

Joining the current output to the advance
Using this option (key:
FN + 8
) it's possible to decide which cams you want to advance/delay. In the
chapter
Configuration
we described the features of the automatic linear advance in APX700 and we
said that there is an advance for each group of 4 cams (1÷4, 5÷8, 9÷12, 13÷16), but we never
mentioned how to "hook" a cam to the advance.
It's sufficient to press
FN + 8
, and immediately the current cam will be associated to the advance
currently set for that group. By pressing
FN + 8
again, the cam will be "released" from the advance. At
any time, you can see if a cam is advanced or not by looking at it: the LCD display reports a "
š
" near
the cam number:
In this case the cam 1 is joined to the advance, so during the execution (not during test) its state will
also depend on the angular speed of the encoder.
Note. If the advance is not set (0° a 1000 RPM), neither the star "
š
" will be displayed, nor this option
will be available.

••
Execution
By pressing
FN + ON
when in
Configuration/Programming
menu, APX 700 switches to
Execution
mode. Before starting execution, it asks to the operator if it's necessary to control keyboard
access (se relative paragraph in the chapter
Configuration
). Press
ENTER
(
↵
) to "lock" keyboard or
ESC
to not lock it.
