Upgrade your cellphone or device to the latest iOS or Android version (particularly important
for older devices). Note that only these 2 platforms are supported.
Ensure your device's Bluetooth
®
is activated and is properly paired and connected in
accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
If when pressing the shutter button, your device's volume or zoom function is activated,
ensure that you have properly configured the volume key to operate the camera shutter
(see above). Note that this step may be differ depending on your device manufacturer's
implementation of Android.
Ensure you use the shutter with your device's native camera app only. Some Android
smartphones, however, may require the use of the "Camera 360" app by by PinGuo Inc. in
order to function.
Try removing all other Bluetooth
®
devices (you can reconnect them later), restart your
device and follow the instructions from the beginning.
We do not recommend or support this product for use with any 3rd party apps including
Snapchat. Some apps may work, however, but due to the huge number available, their
complexity and constant updates, it would be impossible to provide high levels of technical
support.
