SAFETY REGULATIONS
When using the
FOGSTAR 600
, please observe the following instructions:
• The device must only be operated with the supplied, original mains adapter.
• Always disconnect the mains adapter when touching the device or removing it from water.
• Never hold parts of your body like fingers in the vaporiser’s fountain, as this may lead to local pain.
• Never operate the device if the switch or mains adapter has mechanical damage.
• Disconnect the mains adapter if the device will not be in operation for a longer period.
• Only use original
seliger
®
spare parts and accessories.
Additionally:
• You may add small quantities of aromatic oil to the water (2 to 3 drops).
Important:
do not use lemon grass aromatic oil, as this may corrode the housing and the
membrane.
• In order to prevent lime residue on the device and premature lime blocking of the membranes, we
recommend you use distilled water. In the event that the water level sensor does not respond to
distilled water, please add a small quantity of tap water.
•
In order to prevent bacteria forming, we recommend that you clean the water container
in which you place the vaporizer regularly and also use a regiles
®
Fountain & Vaporizer
Special. It should be cleaned at least once a week
.
