MARKING AND LABELLING THE PRODUCT WITH THE CE MARK
10.1.
PRODUCT COMPLIANCE W ITH THE CE STANDARD
Venetian blinds manufactured by SELT company meet the essential requirements of the standard introduced by the Polish
Committee for Standardization as PN-EN 13120. Products with electric drive have declaration of conformity and are
marked with the CE mark.
In order to maintain this condition and assure safe use and maintenance of the system, the installation and operating
manual and instructions for safe use must be observed.

INFORMATION ACCOMPANYING THE CE MARKING

On the packaging a warning sticker with image according to EN 13120 standard is placed (see point 11 of the
documentation).
On packaging of safety elements box added to the product and serving for chain installation the following warnings are
placed:
„Young children can be strangled when the safety device is not installed and adjusted. Read carefully the instructions and
install accordingly”.
