With the following configuration, it is possible to enable the translation of the DLCI of the frame
relay header on a different DLCI to the header of FR-SSCS, when it is transported on ATM:

It identifies the rules applied for the signaling and contains three specific commands:
- uni_net
the logic port applies the "user to network" rules seen by network side.
- bidirectional
the logic port applies the rules in bi-directional way.
- uni_user
the logic port applies the "user to network" rules seen by user side.

It allows selecting the proper Frame Relay signaling protocol, according the following choice.
