“lock out” power at disconnect when shredder is not in use,
when servicing shredder, or when performing routine shredder
maintenance including cleaning.

operate this or any other machine while under the influence of
drugs, alcohol or medications.

wear loose fitting clothing, ties, or jewelry while in the vicinity of
this shredder.
11.
NEVER
allow long hair to be worn in the vicinity of the machine without
use of a protective hair net.
