CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
•
Make sure that the appliance is disconnected from the power socket before cleaning and allow it
to cool down.
•
Remove attachment A

or A

from the kettle A

. Wash it in warm water using a neutral kitchen
detergent. Then thoroughly rinse it under fl owing water and dry it. Proceed in the same manner
when cleaning the lid A

Note:
Do not wash attachments A

and the lid A

in a dishwasher.

Wipe the inside of the kettle A

using a cloth dampened in a solution of warm water and neutral
kitchen detergent. Use a cloth dampened in warm water to thoroughly wipe the surface on to
which you applied the kitchen detergent and then wipe it dry.
•
Use a dry cloth to clean the outer surface of the kettle A

. In the event of heavier soiling, dampen
the cloth in a weak solution of neutral kitchen detergent. After applying the kitchen detergent,
wipe the surface of the kettle A
2
with a lightly dampened cloth and then wipe dry.
•
To clean the base A

use only a dry cloth.
•
Never use abrasive cleaning products, petrol, solvents, steel wool, etc. for cleaning.
