This cooler will cool your champagne, white wine or red wine to the recommended serving tempera-
ture:
•
Champagne to 5 °C
•
White wine to 11 °C
•
Red wine to 17 °C
We recommend that the bottle is placed in the cooler pre-cooled from the fridge, this will avoid the
need to wait for it to cool from room temperature. This cooler serves to maintain champagne and
wine bottles at a serving temperature, but it is not designed for rapid cooling of beverages from room
temperature.
