The tool fails to start

Mains voltage missing

Check the mains voltage

Motor brushes are completely worn

Contact the service centre for replacement

Failure of the On/Off trigger button, motor or other component

Contact the service centre for repair or replacement

Shaft seizure

Contact the service centre for repair

The  motor  runs,  but  the  cutting  tool  does 

not rotate

The cutting tool is not mounted tightly

Tighten the cutting tool

Galled (damaged) thread on the cutting tool fastening parts or the cutting tool 

is broken

Replace the cutting tool by yourself or have it replaced in the service centre

Increased vibration of the tool

Contact with solid objects

Do not allow contact with solid objects

Uneven wear of the cutter blade

Replace the cutter blade

Loose attachment of the spool or loose threaded connections

Tighten the spool or threaded connections

Severe wear of mechanical components

Cutting at low rotation speed

Increase the rotation speed by reducing advance speed of the tool and the cutting 

height

The vegetation is too dense
