Electric Servetto 

 

 

1 I NTRODUCTI ON 

 
ATTENTI ON:  before you start the installation of this product, please read carefully the instructions and safety 
precautions.  
I nstall the electric Servetto in dry indoor locations, for the technical use foreseen by Servetto srl and only in 
connection with the supplied transformer.  

2 SAFETY PRECAUTI ONS

This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities,  

or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the 

appliance by a person responsible for their safety. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the 

appliance.  

x

 

Do not connect the electric Servetto to the mains supply if the plug or the transformer power cable (F) are damaged.   

x

 

Unplug the electric Servetto when unused for long periods of time.  

x

 

The transformer power cable (F) should be easily approachable in case you need to disconnect it. 

x

 

Always make sure that the plug of the transformer power cable (F) is correctly inserted in the socket and that there is 

electric power.  

x

 

The electric Servetto must be connected to an electricity network whose voltage, type of current and frequency comply 

with the specifications mentioned on the transformer.  

x

 

Never attempt to recharge, heat up or dispose of spent batteries in a fire. Heat can cause batteries to explode.  

x

 

Do not allow children to play with batteries.  

x

 

Do not allow children to play with items of packaging. Plastic bags, sheets and boxes can cause suffocation and injury.  

x

 

Do not open neither the electric Servetto (A,B) nor the transformer (C):  high voltages inside the unit can cause electric 

shock. 

x

 

Do not place neither the electric Servetto nor the remote control in damp spaces or near steam and / or water.  

x

 

Do not connect the electric Servetto near heat sources such as radiators, heat registers, stoves or other apparatus that 

produce heat.  

x

 

Refer all servicing to qualified service personnel. Please apply to the retailer where you have bought your electric Servetto.

Clean the lateral arms, the transformer

 

and the remote control only with a

 

dry cloth, since damp and aggressive cleansers 

can cause damage to the electric components.  

 

x

 

Do not touch the electric Servetto when in motion. 

 

x

 

Nor the transformer neither the wirings must be in contact with the components when in motion.  

 

WARNI NG: Do not open the electric device. I n case of opening, there is a risk that the lateral arms spring into action 
causing wounds. 
 

Security installation of the transfomer 

 

Place the transformer far from damp spaces, a safety distance of 30 mm must be maintained for air circulation; 
otherwise, there is a risk that the transformer could overheat..  
The transformer must always be approachable in case of maintenance.
